Rodabell participated on the 13th and 14th at the Recycling Conference in Warsaw.The International Recycled Aluminium Conference, organized by the Metal Bulletin Ltd will take place from 13th November to 15th November 2017 at the Novotel Warszawa Centrum in Warsaw, Poland, the only industry gathering dedicated to aluminium recycling dynamics.

For a quarter of a century, this conference has become the hub for decision makers from commercially and technically focussed companies throughout the industry. This is the largest international gathering in the aluminium recycling industry, with around 200 attendees from across 41 countries attending every year.

In RODABELL we have an Engineering Department that allows to offer customized solutions to the primary aluminum sector. With a management and project management service supported by our Industrial Design department, we have been able to carry out projects of modernization and adaptation of aluminum plants, optimizing the production and increasing the productivity of the plant.

One of our latest developments consisted in the change of a 25 Tn weight casting cylinder, where our Industrial Design Department, in full integration with our client, provides an adapted solution in terms of quality and lead times.

Completed the first phase of the modernization project of a casting machine in Poland.

With almost a month ahead of schedule, Rodabell completed last week the process of installing a 25-tonne casting cylinder in a large Polish smelter. The cylinder has been completely leveled and ready for connection.

The equipment development plan for the processing and treatment of the metal presented by Rodabell in the last quarter of 2016 to the Polish company has fulfilled all the expectations in development, quality and deadlines with which, from now on, the second phase of the contract, which will consist of the commissioning of the work.

Presence of Rodabell in the Metef 2017 Verona

From June 21 to 24 Rodabell was present at the XI Metef 2017 in Verona, a landmark event in the aluminum sector. The fairground VeronaFiere hosted for three days this fair dedicated to the “light metal” and innovative alloys for various industrial applications, and which presented the latest technologies and applications in the field of aluminum.

Metef 2017 was presented as a platform for international promotion of the sector in all its aspects, bringing together professionals, technical and scientific experts from all over the world, and exchanging experiences and ideas to contribute to the growth and evolution of the aluminum market. In addition, a total of 400 exhibitors showed their product and service offerings to commercial delegations from countries such as Germany, Austria, USA, India, Iran, Iraq, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Hungary, Serbia, Turkey, Russia And Mexico.

Rodabell went to this meeting point of technology and innovation for the first time that gives great added value to the field of aluminum, offering new applications to developing industries such as energy, aerospace and automotive.
